bestival

bestival was so good! in our 3 days there, we managed to squeeze in yuck (twice), beardyman, lucy rose, magnetic man, crystal fighters, katy b, village people, the cure, the drums, kelis and the maccabees. i went with the boyfriend and one of his best friends, and we camped in the quiet campsite (old before our time) so that we could get a good couple night's sleep to stay awake for all the bands we wanted to see.
i've only been to latitude and bestival, and from horror stories i've heard from reading/leeds, i don't really think i'd be interested in going to any of 'em. the atmosphere at both bestival and latitude was so much more chilled and friendly, if the line-up's fab again i'll definitely be going next year too.
